Tompkins Products is an ISO/TS 16949:2002 certified manufacturer of precision turned metal products. We are a Q1 Supplier to Ford Motor Company. We have the quality systems in place to meet all of your expectations.

A complete PPAP will be provided with all new parts. We maintain a robust, team-based approach to APQP. A Project Manager will be assigned to your program and will be a single point of contact for all issues through the product launch.

We have extensive in-house measurement and testing ability including:

Cleanliness testing

We employ real-time direct input of variable data from our measuring equipment. Our Inspection Equipment includes:

Mitutoyo Optical Coordinate Measuring Machine
HB400 Optical Comparator with 10x power image. Can perform XY Axis check, circle, radius, angles to precision
Mahr Federal OD Indicator capable of .00002mm resolution
Mahr Digimax CX2 Height Gage: 0 to 14" measurements of lengths, planes, grooves, diameters, perpendicularity, max-min metric to inch. Resolution to .0001mm.
Surftest 211 roughness tester capable of measuring Ra,Rz, Ry scale
Universal Concentricity Gage
Mitutoyo 0.0-1.0" and 0.0-2.0" Indicators and Micrometers with digital readout to .0001mm resolution
